Canceling:

  • 48 hours 50% of cost
  • Day of 100% of cost
  • There will be no charge if we must cancel.

Payment:

We gladly accept department MoCodes, Visa, MC, AMEX and ONE Card.

Removal of Catering Supplies:

If catering supplies such as trays and utensils are removed from the determined location of the catering you will be billed for the replacement cost.

Evening Events:

For events that are taking place after 5:00pm, we kindly ask that you provide a two week notice prior to the event.

Last Minute Events:

We understand that last minute events are often scheduled and we’ll do everything possible to work with you to provide service. Our full menu may not be available and we will consult with the chef to recommend a menu based on your needs and our availability of food and staff on short notice. If an event requested within three (3) business days can be accommodated, there maybe an additional charge for labor scheduling and food ordering.

Food Safety:

For the safety of our guests, we closely monitor the temperature and preparation of our ingredients. We suggest that all perishable products be consumed within two hours of the time they are delivered.

Leftovers:

Due to Health Department regulations and policies, food that is outside the safe temperature range that is leftover after a catered event may not be removed from the location of service. Please remember, we prepare enough food for your guaranteed number for your guests to enjoy at the event site.

Floral Charges:

We are happy to assist with floral centerpieces for an additional fee based on your specific requests.
